EasyRoad is currently in beta. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or contain errors. Content coverage varies by destination.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.

You keep your rights to the trip plans, notes, uploads, and other content you add to EasyRoad. You grant us the permission needed to store, process, sync, display, and back up that content so we can provide the service to you.

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or disrupt others.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not use EasyRoad to violate the terms of third-party services.

EasyRoad provides travel planning assistance. It is not a guarantee and is not professional, legal, medical, or safety advice. You are responsible for independently verifying:

• Visa and entry rules for your destination.
• Bookings, prices, availability, and cancellation terms.
• Opening hours, road conditions, and closures.
• Weather, health, and safety information.

EasyRoad uses third-party maps, booking links, translation, and other external services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply when you use them.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or as reasonably needed to operate it. You can stop using EasyRoad and delete your account at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EasyRoad is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on travel information within it. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
